Weight in 1-6-08
It's Sunday so that means weigh in. I weighed fully clothed, after breakfast at 10 am.I weighed in at 178 (give or take, I need a digital scale).
I have been bad the past few days. I forgot to log anything really, I think I have half of friday saved but after that, nothin. I haven't rode the exersize bike again yet. I have eaten HORRIBLY. I haven't been drinking my water. I have been uber stressed. I have to go to Tucum tomorrow. I will be eating pizza, have been craving it for over a week. I know, very fattening, but I have decided that denying myself isn't going to work. It makes me want it worse and then I end up over doing it BIG time. So, I will just eat in moderation. I need to start exersizing more too.

Activity Log for 1-4-08
Rode exersize bike for 15 min. Alternated fast and slow 2-3 minutes fast then 3-4 minutes slow.

Activity Log for 1-3-08
We went to Clovis. Walked all over Walmart, carried Cady al least half the time. Did a little bit of "power" walking when I remembered we needed butter. It was on the other side of the store and I was carrying Cady. I left Sami with Dad and walked as fast as I could carrying Cady and grabbed the butter, then walked as fast as I could back. Hopefully I burned at least half the extra calories I downed heh.

We were out of town, ate lunch and dinner at a resturant. Ate lunch at Taco Box and dinner at KFC.

Activity Log for 1-2-08
Today I went through Sami's toys, and the freezer. I also helped Dad go through some stuff. No real activity. It seems activity is my weakest spot. I am doing better about eating, though still not perfect. I have to make myself get active.

We went to Logan today. I carried Cady instead of bringing her carrier in and putting it in the basket. Yes, I'm using my daughter as a weight lmao.
