Activity Log for 12-31-07

Not much activity today. Cady was awake most of the day and would not entertain herself. I did alot of walking carrying an 11 lb baby. I guess that counts. Anyway, that's it for activity today.

2 Carnation Instant Breakfasts w/ 2% milk

Activity Log for 12/30

I fell asleep before getting to post all this last night so I'm doing it today. I didn't do a whole lot of activity yesterday. Honestly, I can't remember hehe, I need to do this on the right day. If I miss a day from now on I'll just list the foods I remember eating and leave it at that. Now, I need to do today's and go on to bed.

My Goals.

1. Weight loss- Get down to 130.

2. Get Heathly- Eat better, more regular meals. Eat less junk food. Drink less soda. Drink more water. Eat fruit/vegatable snacks.

3. Get Active- Stop sitting so much. Exercise more. Play with my kids more. No more couch potato.

My First Post

OK, this is my first post to this blog. I will be recording the foods I eat, the exercise I do and other things regarding health. If I come across a recipe I think looks good I'll post it up also. I'm also going to try and do weekly/mnthly menus (not sure which yet) after I figure out my eating habits and all of that. I will weigh myself tomorrow morning and post the time, date, and weight and will start doing it weekly at exactly the same time. I hope to make a routine and slowly change my eating habits. Right now, those habits are HORRIBLE but I hope to change that. I'll take it one day at a time, one meal at a time.

I won't be recording today, since the day is mostly over lol. Tomorrow, I will start with a weigh in before I eat anything. I should also do pictures but I don't know I'm that brave. If I decide to I will do mnthly or bi-mnthly pictures. I may do it by weight loss..like every 10 lbs or so, we'll see.
